About the project

Healing Harmony Counseling is the online therapy and life coaching practice led by Jeffrey and Rebekah, licensed therapists and life coaches dedicated to helping young adults, Third Culture Kids (TCKs), and individuals with ADHD find balance, clarity, and emotional resilience. Their practice integrates evidence-based counseling with personalized life coaching and Christian life coaching, offering clients a safe, non-judgmental space to heal, grow, and embrace their unique path in life.


Through our collaboration, we helped Healing Harmony clarify their brand voice, articulate their niche, and design a website that speaks directly to the people they most want to serve: those navigating identity challenges, attention-related struggles, life transitions, and spiritual growth. The project elevated how they communicate their services like TCK therapy, ADHD support, individual counseling, and faith-aligned coaching so visitors feel seen, understood, and empowered from the very first interaction.


This wasn't just a visual redesign, it was a strategic transformation in how Healing Harmony presents its mission online, aligning messaging, service pages, and content to resonate with young adults seeking authentic support, culturally aware care, and purposeful growth

  • Naming (we helped them define a new name for combining therapy and life coaching)
  • Custom logo design
  • Defining a core audience for therapy and life coaching
  • Lead gen strategy with integration to CRM + email marketing
  • Create a local and global SEO strategy
  • 10 page website (7 core landing/sales pages) + 3 SEO blog posts
  • Provided inspo for brand photography photoshoot
  • Traffic growth plan (we are working on growing their traffic with my website traffic growth plans.)


The process

We hopped on a strategy call to define the project timeline and deliverables. This project took a couple of months because we had to do so many things from picking a brand name, working on the brand strategy, website strategy, and SEO and blog strategy.


Throughout the process Jefrrey & Rebekah came to realize they had a calling for speaking to young adults and Third Culture Kids who need therapy or life coaching, and this really helped us hone in on their brand messaging so that their website could speak directly to young adults and teenagers in a way that makes them feel heard and understood.

The results

After 2 years of active SEO management:

  • 8.1k clicks in the past 12 months
  • 125% site traffic increase in just 6 months
  • Average keyword position improved from 14+ to 8+
  • 37 website leads generated in the past 12 months, 19 directly from Google (51% from SEO efforts)
  • Site ranking in 1.5k+ keywords with strong Texas-local reach
