Chelsey Reese is a trauma-informed therapist supporting high-achieving women of color who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles of overgiving and self-silencing. Her work is rooted in nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, and a deep awareness of how cultural, emotional, and generational patterns shape our ability to rest, feel, and reconnect.

When Chelsey approached us, she wasn’t just looking for a pretty website. She wanted a digital home that truly embodied her voice grounding, liberating, and soul-centered while helping her reach more women across California. She also wanted to improve her SEO visibility to attract aligned clients without relying on social media.

We focused on translating her powerful brand message into a website that felt like a soft landing: clear, calm, and emotionally resonant.

We began with an in-depth brand messaging session, using Chelsey’s voice to shape core site pages: Home, Services, About, and Blog. We aligned on key themes embodiment, emotional freedom, and nervous system healing and crafted language that felt both spacious and grounded.

Next, we developed clean design with intuitive navigation, giving visitors a sense of calm and control. Chelsey’s color palette was inspired by earthy tones and soft pastels, creating a soothing visual identity that reflects her approach to healing.

For SEO, we implemented on-page optimization across key service pages and meta data. We also integrated calls-to-action strategically throughout the site from “Schedule a Free Intro Call” buttons to a lead magnet focused on nervous system regulation.

After 9 months of SEO from our legacy website management plan:

Website is ranking in 680+ keywords
198 visitors specifically from Los Angeles, which is exactly the type of traffic we want.
Location pages are now getting impressions, a strong indicator that Google is recognizing the service areas.
204 organic URL clicks with an average position of 20 in under 9 months without any consistent blogging yet.
21 form submissions (excluding our tests) which puts the site at a 10 percent conversion rate. That is exceptional for cold and targeted traffic.
Out of those leads, 8 came directly from Google, showing that the foundation we’ve been building is starting to take hold.
