About the project

Tamara Pancoe is a therapist based in Marin County and the San Francisco Bay Area who supports women navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, pregnancy, and postpartum mental health. Her practice is centered around creating a calm, compassionate, and trustworthy space where women can feel supported, seen, and emotionally held.


The goal of this project was to create a warm, premium, and emotionally safe digital presence aligned with her gentle and validating therapeutic approach.

The process

The process focused on clarifying Tamara’s voice, ideal client, and the emotional experience she wanted visitors to feel when landing on the website. Through the workbook, we developed a visual direction centered around softness, calmness, emotional safety, and premium wellness-inspired design. The website structure helped present her services in a clear, warm, and easy-to-navigate way.
