About the project

Vida Collective Counseling is a therapy practice based in Little Rock, Arkansas, created to support women navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, and life in survival mode. Ana contacted us to help bring Vida Collective to life through a grounded and emotionally warm digital presence that felt human, supportive, and deeply connected to the real experiences of women balancing motherhood, identity, relationships, and emotional healing.


Project goals

  • Create a calm and emotionally grounded digital presence for Vida Collective Counseling
  • Position the practice around trauma-informed therapy for women, anxiety, burnout, and emotional healing
  • Build a website that spoke directly to high-achieving women navigating survival mode, motherhood, and overwhelm
  • Develop messaging centered around connection, community care, emotional safety, and self-trust
  • Design a warm, earthy, and nurturing visual experience aligned with the brand vision and audience


The process

We began with deep messaging and strategy work focused on helping Ana clarify the emotional heart behind Vida Collective Counseling. Through the workbook process, we shaped a brand voice rooted in softness, grounding, and connection while organizing the website to support multiple services, bilingual therapy, trauma-informed care, and future growth. The final direction focused on creating a nurturing digital experience that balanced emotional warmth, professionalism, and accessibility for women seeking deeper healing and support.
