CASA Therapy is a culturally affirming therapy practice founded by Damaris “Dama” Perez, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients across California and Nevada. Dama reached out to create a grounded and emotionally warm online presence that reflected her approach to emotionally focused therapy, grief work, and relationship healing. Her vision was to build a safe digital space where couples and individuals navigating conflict, heartbreak, cultural expectations, grief, and emotional disconnection could feel deeply understood and supported.
