Sarah Hope Counselling is a therapy practice founded by Sarah Hope, a therapist based in St Catharines, Ontario, Canada who supports women navigating emotional overload, strained relationships, motherhood burnout, and anxiety. With over 20 years of experience, Sarah helps clients untangle the roots of their stress and reconnect with themselves through honest, supportive, and evidence-based care.
Sarah wanted a website that felt clear, trustworthy, and grounded. She didn’t just want a pretty brand; she wanted a platform that would truly connect with the women who are silently struggling to keep everything together.

the process
- We began with a brand messaging session, identifying Sarah’s core values, voice, and the unique ways she supports women.
- The content strategy was shaped around clarity and connection, focusing on helping potential clients feel seen and supported.
- During the design stage, we made sure the site flowed like a conversation: approachable, easy to navigate, and full of gentle nudges toward scheduling a call.
- The design paired muted tones and rounded elements with editorial-style layout choices, helping balance professionalism and warmth.
- We created localized SEO landing pages that positioned Sarah as a go-to therapist for women in her area.
the results
After 10 months of SEO from our legacy website management plan:
- Website is ranking in 280+ keywords
- 51 visitors specifically from Toronto and 42 from St Catharines, which is exactly the type of traffic we want.
- Location pages are now getting impressions and a few clicks, a strong indicator that Google is recognizing the service areas.
- 62 organic URL clicks with an average position of 21 in 10 months without any consistent blogging yet.
- 7 form submissions (excluding our tests) which puts the site at a 10 percent conversion rate. That is exceptional for cold and targeted traffic.
- Out of those leads, 4 came directly from Google, showing that the foundation we’ve been building is starting to take hold (even with the ultra basic plan she has had slow steady growth)
