about the project

Ivonne is a therapist located in Mexico and she had a very basic website set up that didn't represent the stage of her practice.

She hired me to build a custom website that could speak to her unique approach and help clients book online sessions automatically.

In Mexico the way people pay for sessions is different than in the USA, since she didn't need an EHR/EMR, we decided to connect Setmore (a booking sowtware).

the process

We hopped on a strategy call and defined her website structure and booking logistics.

Ivonne didn't want her website to look much like a solo practice, since she plans to expand into a group practice in the future. So we decided to use her already created brand elements and illustrations to bring life to her website and only use a couple of image slots to show her as the founder.

the results

We succesfully created a website that represented her long term vision and her website is infused with sales-focused storytelling that guides visitors into booking their sessions directly through the setmore booking integration.

We also automated a welcome email after people book a first session and branded her patient welcome kit.

We created a custom lead magnet with a welcome email as well so that she can start growing an online community.
